As your personalised project manager and guide, I want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for you. I take pride in being responsive, supportive, and honest with my clients to answer your questions or concerns.I also believe in building relationships with clients to dive deep into the issues facing their digital project. Your success is my satisfaction.

Project conception

Launching an app is a big investment, and I understand that you want to get it right. That's why I use lean, agile, and low-code development principles to build prototypes and Minimum Viable Products that deliver maximum results for your budget.

Evaluating proposals

Let me help you with whatever aspect of your digital project needed, including creating an RFP and evaluating responses. I translate the geek-speak and ensure that you understand exactly what you're getting from each proposal. We'll identify the best solution for your needs and budget, without compromising on quality or scalability.

Project management

I can help you create a project plan and framework that ensures everyone is on the same page. With technical documentation and regular communication we can ensure that there are no surprises along the way. If the project isn't going how you imagined, we'll work together to change direction and make sure it meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.

User testing and feedback

I'm committed to helping you achieve product-market fit, with a focus on user testing and feedback. We'll work together to organise focus groups and user testing. Based on feedback, I'll help you develop an improvement plan that addresses any issues and ensures that your project meets the needs of your target audience.

Training and coaching

Whether you're looking to develop the project yourself or you've hired someone internally, I can provide personalised training and coaching to help you and your team go the distance. Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will my project take to develop? - A typical web application project requires two to three months of conception, planning, development and closed user testing. We'll have at least one meeting a week to discuss progress and scope.
Can you help me with project conception? - Absolutely. I'll help you plan your project using lean and agile methodology, so only the most important features will be developed. I'll also help you during the development project to deal with the inevitable temptation to add exciting but unnecessary extra features.
What's possible / not possible for you to develop? - In terms of functionality, I've almost never encountered a client request that I couldn't deliver. In fact I tend to favour the most challenging projects that push the boundaries of what's possible with low-code tools.
How much will my project cost? - Most of my projects have cost in total between 5,000 € (for a small prototype application) to 20,000 € (for a fully deployed and quality tested application).

Portfolio

Picnic Périgord

A simple proof of concept project built for a client pitch meeting. This online reservation app uses Carrd for the landing page, Noodl for the front end reservation app, and a Parse + MongoDB back end, including Stripe API integration for online payments.

Communauté Coiffure

A bubble app dashboard concept, mobile-first and fully responsive. Hairdressers in France use this application to calculate their monthly financial situation, profit margins and the ideal price for each service they offer.

LearnBook

Started as a Bubble prototype in 2018, LearnBook has evolved through several iterations, finally being deployed as a Noodl front end application built on a Parse + MongoDB back end in 2024. This SaaS project involves a complex system of multi-tenancy and refined database architecture based on multiple phases of user testing and feedback.

Classmate

A desktop & tablet web application built with a Noodl front end on a Parse + MongoDB back end. This project involved API integration with an external NocoDB Postgres database and Stripe for online payments.

MVM

A Bubble ERP application to place, track and manage orders, stock levels and supply chain for a French company providing wholesale clothing to supermarkets. Possibly one of the most complex Bubble apps ever built.

Simple Rick's Low Code Hosting

One of my most technically advanced projects, made to meet a demand in the Noodl low-code community for free hosting after the sunset of the official Noodl hosting service. This site offers one-click install and hosting of the Noodl Cloud Service back end, running Parse Server and MongoDB. It uses a Proxmox server creating Linux containers with automated start scripts, using n8n to allow users to manage their container from a front end dashboard built in Noodl, with a database and back end actually running on one of the Proxmox containers.
