This site only collects personal data when you write to me, through the contact form or by email.
- What: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and your message.
- Why: to reply to you and, where relevant, follow up your request. I don't add you to any newsletter and don't pass your details to anyone for marketing.
- Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and my legitimate interest in replying to messages I receive.
- Who sees it: only me. Form messages pass through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers them to my inbox and keeps your contact in my address book.
- How long: three years from our last exchange, unless we're working together.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, or object to it, by emailing richard@digitalbricks.io. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, so there's nothing to accept or refuse.
