Prices are on request. Here's where they start.

Most work is quoted individually, because it depends on what you need: preparation time, group size, complexity, travel, and whether materials already exist. These are the rates I start from, so you know the order of magnitude before we talk.

Designing a new programme from scratch, bespoke materials, larger groups and assessment work are quoted on top, once we know what's needed.

Launch-readiness audit

A structured review of an application you've built, covering security weaknesses, user experience flaws and code health. The report is written so that you, your developer, or an AI coding assistant can act on it directly.

Not included: penetration testing, compliance certification, and implementing fixes. The tier is confirmed on a free 20-minute scoping call. A re-audit once fixes are made, within 90 days, is 40% of the original tier.

Monthly support for founders

You keep building; I provide the structure. A monthly block of reserved hours for security review, test planning, release checklists, architecture guidance and a regular call.

Three-month minimum, one month's notice to cancel or change plan. Unused hours carry over for one month. Hours beyond the plan are billed at €90 / hour.

User testing

Structured testing with real users before you launch: test design, scheduling your testers, running the sessions, and a report with recommendations.

You supply the list of testers unless recruitment is added (€600). Participant incentives, if any, are arranged and paid by you.

General terms

VAT. Prices exclude VAT. French clients add VAT at 20%.

Travel. On-site work away from the Dordogne is charged at the travel day rate, plus travel and accommodation at cost, agreed in advance.

Payment. Fixed-price work: 50% on booking, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans: invoiced at the end of each month. Invoices are due within one calendar week.

Full conditions. My terms of business form part of any agreement. These rates apply from September 2026.
