For teams and professionals

Learn to use Claude well at work, and safely.

Workshops for teams and one-to-one coaching, in English or French, remote or in person. Built around the work you actually do, not a tour of features.

Formats

Just you

One-to-one coaching

Sessions of an hour or two, usually remote, on your own work. Good for managers, independents and anyone who wants to move faster than a group allows. Often a handful of sessions spread over a few weeks.

Your team

Team workshop

Half a day or a full day, for up to about twelve people. We start from the tasks your team actually does and leave with things they'll use the next morning.

Habits that last

Short programme

Several shorter sessions over a few weeks, with practice between them. Slower, but it's the format that most reliably changes how people work.

What we can cover

Most programmes combine two or three of these. We choose after a short conversation about what your people do all day.

Claude for everyday work

Writing, research, analysis and long documents. The habits that make the answers better, and the checks that catch the bad ones before they reach a client.

Projects, skills and connectors

Setting Claude up so it already knows your context, follows your processes the same way every time, and can reach the tools you already use.

Claude Cowork for teams

Handing Claude multi-step work on your files and tasks, and deciding together what should and shouldn't be delegated.

Claude Code for non-developers

Building the small internal tools your team keeps wishing someone would make, with version control and testing, so they don't become a liability.

Safe and responsible use

What can and can't be shared, how to check outputs, confidentiality with clients, and a short usage policy people will actually follow.

Something specific

A particular workflow, a sector, a document type. If it involves Claude and your team, ask.

A word on the EU AI Act

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required organisations that use AI systems to take measures to ensure, as far as they can, a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who use them. Training is one practical way of doing that. If it's useful for your records, I'll provide a written summary of what each session covered and who attended.

How it works

  1. A short call. What your team does, what they already use, what worries you, and which Claude plan you have.
  2. A written proposal. Objectives, format, dates and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you've agreed it.
  3. The training. Hands-on, using your own documents and tasks wherever confidentiality allows.
  4. Follow-up. A short check a few weeks later: what stuck, what didn't, and what to do about it.

Prices are quoted for each engagement. For a sense of scale, see the indicative rates.

Ask about training

A few lines is enough: who it's for, roughly how many people, and what you'd like them to be able to do afterwards.

It comes straight to me. I use your details only to reply. See the legal notice.
