For training organisations and consultancies

A Claude trainer for your programmes, in English or French.

For training organisations, AI consultancies and Claude-focused firms who have sold Claude or Claude Code training and need someone who can design it properly and deliver it well.

More than delivery

I can simply deliver a programme you've already built. But I'm most useful when I'm involved from the start, because a Claude course that isn't built around the learners' real work tends to be forgotten within a fortnight.

  1. Needs analysis. Before designing anything I talk to the client and, ideally, a few of the learners: how they use AI today, what they're worried about, what their data rules are, and which Claude plan they actually have.
  2. Programme design. Operational objectives that can be assessed, a sequence that alternates short input with practice, exercises built on the learners' own documents and tasks, and materials you can reuse.
  3. Delivery. Live, remote or on site, in English or French. Intra-company groups, one-to-one, or mixed groups.
  4. Evaluation. A placement questionnaire at the start, assessed practical work during the course, an end-of-course assessment, and the evidence your quality process asks for.

What I bring

  • Training adults since 2009Cambridge DELTA (2012, UK Level 7), then assistant Director of Studies and Director of Studies until 2017, designing programmes to different OPCO funders' requirements and training the trainers.
  • I've been on your side of the deskFrom 2017 to 2022 I ran my own training organisation, delivering CPF-funded courses, and took it through Qualiopi certification. I know what an auditor asks for.
  • Training trainersI've delivered technology training for Linguaid since 2017. During the Covid lockdowns we moved around 200 language trainers to online delivery in six months.
  • Assessing, not just teachingI'm a jury member and evaluator for the LangueXpert certification Former de manière innovante en langues vivantes (Linguaid), registered with France Compétences as RS7208.
  • Claude, specificallyI've taught AI tools since 2023 and made Claude my recommended system in mid-2025: Claude for everyday work with trainers and professionals, Claude Code with people building software. What I teach and use.
  • A developer, tooBuilding software since 2016. When a learner asks "but how does it actually work?", I can answer from experience rather than from the slides.

Sample session outlines

Three starting points. Each real programme is adapted after the needs analysis: length, level, examples, and the Claude plan the client actually has.

Claude for everyday work

1 day · 7 hours · up to 12 people
For
Non-technical staff, managers, trainers. No prerequisites beyond a Claude account (Pro, Team or Enterprise) for each learner.
Objectives
By the end of the day, learners can:
  • write a request that gives Claude the context it needs, and diagnose and improve a weak one;
  • summarise, compare and question long documents with Claude, and check the result against the source;
  • set up a Project with instructions and reference files for a recurring task;
  • decide what may and may not be shared with an AI tool under their organisation's rules.
Morning
How Claude works and what that means for trusting it. Writing and rewriting requests, using the learners' own tasks. Long documents: summarising, extracting, comparing, verifying.
Afternoon
Projects and persistent instructions. Data and confidentiality: a short, practical set of rules. Workshop: each learner builds a Project for a real recurring task and presents it.
Evaluation
Placement questionnaire; the workshop output assessed against a checklist; end-of-day quiz; optional follow-up at 30 days.

Claude Code for non-developers: build an internal tool

2 days · 14 hours · up to 8 people
For
Operations staff, analysts, the person everyone asks about spreadsheets. Comfortable with files and folders; a Claude plan that includes Claude Code; a laptop they can install software on.
Objectives
By the end, learners can:
  • install and set up Claude Code and a project folder;
  • describe a small tool clearly enough to get it built, and read what was built well enough to check it;
  • use version control (git) to save their work and undo mistakes;
  • test a tool before other people rely on it, and recognise when it's time to call a developer.
Day 1
Setup. The working loop: describe, plan, build, check. A first tool that cleans and reshapes a real spreadsheet. Git as an undo button.
Day 2
A second tool, chosen by each learner from their own work. Project instructions (CLAUDE.md) and keeping the assistant on track. Testing, and the questions to ask before sharing a tool: data, access, and what happens when it breaks. Short demonstrations.
Evaluation
Placement questionnaire; each learner's tool demonstrated and reviewed against a checklist; end-of-course quiz.

Claude for trainers

Half a day or 1 day · up to 12 people
For
Trainers, training designers and pedagogical coordinators.
Objectives
By the end, learners can:
  • use Claude to draft and adapt training materials without handing over their own pedagogical judgement;
  • build a Project for one of their courses (programme, level, audience) and use it to produce exercises, assessments and variants;
  • check generated content for accuracy, level and bias;
  • explain to their own learners what responsible use of AI looks like.
Sequence
What Claude is good and bad at, for training specifically. Building a course Project. Generating and critiquing an exercise set. Differentiation: one activity, three levels. Assessment and the question of learners using AI. Each participant leaves with a working Project for a real course.
Evaluation
The Project and exercise set produced, reviewed against a checklist; end-of-session quiz.

Let's talk about a programme

Tell me who the learners are, what the client wants them to be able to do, and roughly when. I'll come back to you within two working days with questions or a first outline.

It comes straight to me. I use your details only to reply. See the legal notice.
